Suggest Remedy For High Levels Of Calcium

Drink much water....Reduce calcium intake!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about this finding of high calcium and the multiple kidney stones that you have. This high calcium level is probably responsible for crystallization in urine that has been causing the development of multiple kidney stones. Unless this is addressed, you would continue to develop kidney stones.
Management would consist mainly in identifying the causing and eliminating. The exact cause can only be identified when you must have visited a doctor for more examination and laboratory testing. For now, the main thing we can do is to get you drinking enough water to increase the volume of urine, reduce calcium concentration and reduce the likelihood of crystallization and kidney stones formations. Also, eat foods with less calcium avoiding products fortified in calcium.
In all, drink much water, keep urine diluted and decrease the chances of calcium crystallizing. Work on getting to the doctors as soon as possible.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

You could have high calcium without eating a lot!

Hi and thanks for this follow up.
The cause of high calcium is not only from consuming in diets. Other causes include hormonal that may cause too much calcium to be mobilized from bones into blood. When you next see a doctor, this is one of the questions that would need to be answered.
For food types, I will like that you look at the packaging to make sure that calcium is not in high quantities. I cannot tel exactly without knowing what local food types and packaging are available.
I hope this helps. I wish you well.
