Suggest Remedy For Hip Pain

Seems to be inflammation and needs treatment to go for some time!
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the consultation at my virtual clinic!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns today and will put my best efforts to get you out of this situation.
Probability:-
It seems that you have got an inflammation of the hip joint structures. It may be either Tendonitis or Bursitis (both are inflammation of the structures of the hip joint). Many patients of this disease presentation also have got a issue with Greater Trochanter part of Femur (the long bone of thigh) i.e Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome.
Medication guide:
In this age group and with such issues of the joint, I usually avoid NSAID use in my patients as there are lot more Gastrointestinal adverse effects associated. For you Celecoxib is the best medicine for pain relief and to reduce inflammation.
Other management options:-
Physical Therapy is the best option alongwith medications. It will help you get better fast and effectiveness of the medications increase too.
Precautions:-
Avoid postures which bother you.
No lifting of weight and forward bending or any movement which causes strain on hips.
Referral Options:-
If you feel nothing is working anymore for you, better to go for a thorough evaluation by an Orthopedist. He will do physical examination; diagnostic in-office tests and some sophisticated diagnostic tests from the laboratory. Treatment goes accordingly. He may go for Low-energy Extracorporeal Shock wave Therapy (ECSW) that is good for many hip pain conditions including Greater Trochanteric Pain syndrome.
Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you with expert opinion. Please don't forget to give Five Star rating to help me assist my patients in a better way; and, please don't forget to 'Close This Discussion'.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up is very necessary regarding the treatment efficacy and to see if there is a need to change the treatment options. So keep a follow up to see how you doing (Always write down my name in the start of your questions at this forum & I will be with you in no time).
Regards!
