Question: In my face, I have marks near to my nose both side like how it appears when we wear specs. Unfortunately I never wear a specs.

I have reviewed the attached photograph and I can appreciate pigmentation on both sides of your nose.
In such cases I recommend my patients to apply melaglow cream on the affected areas twice daily: once in the morning and once at night along with a high spf sunscreen gel like la shield sunscreen gel on your entire face at intervals of 3-4 during the day time.
These medicines need to be continued for atleast 3 months to see significant improvement.

Hello Doctor,

Thank you for the information.

I have following questions.

1) At the time of applying melaglow cream, after sometime should I need to wash my face and apply shield sunscreen gel? Is the melaglow cream should be applied only both side of my nose or wherever I see darkspot, can I apply?

2) Once sunscreen gel applied how much time should I need to wait to apply it again? In between I can wash my face and apply again?

Details about usage of creams

Detailed Answer:
In the morning first apply melaglow cream and then after a gap of 10 minutes apply la shield sunscreen gel on your entire face. No need to wash your face. Again after a gap of 3-4 hours repeat the sunscreen. You don't have to wash your face everytime before application of the sunscreen. For example if you apply sunscreen at 9 am repeat again at 12 pm and 3 pm. Melaglow cream has to be applied again at bedtime.
You can use melaglow cream on any dark spot on your face. It has to be applied twice daily.
