This could be a sign of irritable bowel syndrome
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
this could be a sign of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Tumors can also cause such a feeling. If you don't have any first degree relative with early colon cancer (before the age of 40) then IBS is the most likely diagnosis.
Other symptoms may include: pain, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, pellet-like stool, urgency to defecate, etc
Going to the toilet usually relieves most of the aforementioned symptoms.
It is closely related to the psychological status of the patient. Stress and anxiety aggravate the symptoms.
Of course this is not a 100% certain diagnosis, but it seems likely with the little available data.
I hope you find my answer helpful!

I do also suffer from anxiety.
Cancer is not very common at this age
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
you are young for colon cancer, although nobody can really rule it out without endoscopic evaluation (colonoscopy). The cancer risk is increased when there is a familial burden of colon cancer at an early age or one of the polyposis syndromes.
IBS fits well with your history of anxiety and the fact that you're having symptoms for the last two years. Getting an endoscopy done would reassure you and help establish a diagnosis.
Kind Regards!
You're welcome
Detailed Answer:
You're welcome. Coping with anxiety is not easy and may cause various symptoms along the way. Just remember that you've got to exclude the serious diagnoses before blaming anxiety, but also remember that the chances of a serious diagnosis would almost always be less.
So i guess it maybe IBS.
Is there anyway to relive these symptoms?
Diet changes and anxiety reduction
Detailed Answer:
Drinking enough water (avoiding dehydration mostly), being physically active, eating a lot of fiber and having a regular defecation schedule (every morning after breakfast, for example) will help you to have an easy time in the toilet. Reducing anxiety is very important as well.
If you don't have any pain or bloating etc that commonly accompany IBS then drug treatment won't likely help.
Kind Regards!
