Suggest Remedy For Increase In Blood Glucose Levels When On Romilast
Question: I AM A DIABETIC AND TAKING MEDICINE FOR DIABETES AND ALONG WITH THAT MEDICINE I AM TAKING GRILIINCTUS SYRUP, PREDNISOLONE 8MG, AND ROMILAST AND AFTER TAKING THE DOSAGE MY GULUCOSE LEVEL IS INCRESED BY TWICE IS THE SIDE EFFECT OF THE MEDICINE I AM TAKING PLZ ADVICE ME WHAT TO DO.

The increase in blood sugars is due to the side effects of prednisolone. Prednisolone is a steroid medications which is used for bronchial asthma and dry cough. This will increase the blood sugars heavily.
Please consult your physician and see if this medication can be stopped. If not the diabetes medicine / insulin has to be increased to control sugars.
