Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HeatlhcareMagic.

I have carefully gone through your query and understand your concerns. Let me assure you that acts like stretching, coughing and sneezing are normal for a child of this age and you need not get concerned.

If possible, I would insist you to stick exclusively to breast milk. Expressed breast milk is ok to be given. But most formula milks are cow milk based and hence are difficult for the human baby to digest. This could indeed create uneasiness in your baby and could make her try to throw up. The solution would be to eliminate external milks from the diet. If the child is hungry automatically she sucks more and the breast milk production increases. So, production of breast milk should not be a problem.

Dompan is safe to be given and should be helpful. Antacids are not required. I have already explained the basis of the problem your child might be facing.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
