Question: Hi doctor i have been trying to get pregnant for two years and have had no XXXXXXX my body is having periods but no baby sometimes im late two weeks but never pregs

Get the following tests viz Complete blood count, fasting blood sugar, thyroid function test, prolactin levels, FSH.
All these are blood tests and involve basic work up in infertility.
Also get semen analysis of your husband which is one of the most important investigation.

In case you have had these tests and were all normal then you need to take ovulation induction tablets and follicular monitoring to guide for the day of release of egg and thus timed intercourse on that day.
Basic aim of this regimen is to make sperms reach egg in female body at the perfect time and thus increase the chances of pregnancy.
Visit an infertility specialist and thus adopt a meticulous approach to treatment.

No dear that is not an issue as it is the first step of infertility treatment to investigate the male partner but in case he is not ready then you can take ovulation induction for 2-3 cycles and see the results.
If still you fail to conceive then his semen analysis is of utmost importance.

Visit a gynecologist

Detailed Answer:
Ovulation induction is giving some special medicine to be taken for 5 days which will induce 3-4 eggs in that cycle period instead of one egg per cycle in natural cycles.
So chances of pregnancy increases manifold.
Bleeding after sex is not a good sign so you need to visit your gynecologist for examination to see the site and reason of bleeding.
