![default](/r/images/default.png)
so much so (at 1 AM) that i could hardly walk o the bathroom and could not urinate
both times the room was ~68 deg F
I "recovered" by dressing in flannel pajamas wrapping up in a down quilt
it's ot the first time over by the last month, though by no means as severe
I would need to ask if you have been running a fever.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through the details. I would like to ask you specifically if you were feeling cold when this happened and whether you had been running temperature. In any case it was good that you tried to warm yourself up by draping yourself in warm clothes. In case you develop fever, I would suggest you to visit a doctor since fever with chills can be a sign of either urinary tract infection or malaria. If fever is not present, I would not worry and would insist you to observe if it recurrs if you keep yourself warm.
Another possibility to keep in consideration is electrolyte imbalance which is common at your age. I would suggest you to take plenty of juicy fruits like citrus fruits as they contain potassium. Calcium supplementation may also be helpful.
In case of any further problems feel free to contact me back and I would be happy to help.
Regards
