Suggest Remedy For Irregular Breathing And Dizziness While Walking

Question: I am having problems breathing when active. While walking my breathing flutters regularly and feel lightheaded. No cough or mucus.Im having breathing problems. Whenever active my breathing flutters to a point where it stops my natural breathing rhythm. I do not have any cough or mucus just breathing difficulty

It might interesting to know for how long this has been going on. Do you any family history of breathing disorders (asthma , chronic bronchitis) or any history of heart disease?

A proper clinical review is important. Simple causes of breathing disorders and tiredness should be carefully checked for like anaemia.

Heart diseases are common causes of breathing disorders. A chest X Ray, cardiac ultrasound and an electrocardiogramme could be useful to check for the heart,s intergrity A chest x ray added to a properly clinical review shall exclude lung diseases.

I suggest a proper clinical review with an internist first.

I have had it on and off for a year. It tends to be more prominent during activity. I dont know if its related but i also have thoracic pain between shoulder blades. I have had acdf surgery 5 yeaes ago so thought it may be linked? Could excessuve caffeine cause this?

I am afraid thiscsjould not be related to the surgery. However, a chest x Ray and ct scan could be informative.

Caffeine can increase the hearts beating rate but not to the extent of causing breathing difficukties.
