Brief Answer:
MS is very unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through query in detail.
The possibility is MS appears little in your case based on the current symptoms.
Generalized itching could possibly relate to underlying stress factors.
A short course of antihistamines like levocet will help.please check with your physician if he can prescribe the same to you.
Likewise panic attacks and fibromyalgia and generalized weakness are interrelated to stress.
All you need is a good stress management therapy.
I advise you to practice yoga and meditation.
In case of confirmed assurance, an MRI brain can literally rule out MS.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
