Suggest Remedy For Itching And Tingling Sensation In Arms
Question: i noticed as I was going to bed that my arm itched and my hand was tingling. Looks like poison Ivey, but I have no clue how I would have gotten it considering I work an office job. Any ideas?
i just remembered that I did take a melatonin pill before bed, could be a side effect but I haven't had one with a rash like this. If it is that, do I need to seek medical attention or is it safe for tonight?

Melatonin has been shown to cause anaphylaxis aka allergic reaction, but has been reported extremly rarely with melatonin, but is possible.
Poison ivy, well you didn't mention any history of contact with any plant. So it makes it less likely.
At this moment if only skin manifestations or itching is present then you can take some oral anti histamine like cetrizine or loratidine.
If more severe symptoms like shortness of breath or generalised swelling is present than seek a medical facility and get a intravenous steroid and anti histamine shot at the earliest.
