Provide more information, you should visit a nearest emergency room
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I share your concern
Here I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like
Are you having vomiting sensation or difficulties in swallowing?
If you can tell me the size of the piece of fork you have ingested?
Are you having cough or pain in throat?
Sharp object may cause injury to the wall of the oesophagus and gastrointestinal tract.
So in my opinion you should visit a nearest emergency room for physical examination and further investigation if need be.
Hope this answers your question

Brief Answer:
Please consider these guidelines
Detailed Answer:
Hello Kailash
You should see a doctor Immediately, 7 cm long is large enough to cause injury or obstruction. Let me know if size is 0.7cm.
Since I can't physically examine you to get more clues so I would advise you to visit nearest doctor for physical examination.
Regards
