Suggest Remedy For Lax Muscles In The Abdominal Area During Pregnancy

Question: My wife is pregnant with our second child completed 8 months of pregnancy. During our recent consultation with our gynaecologist they told her that her muscles in abdominal region has not developed properly.
We are planning to go for C section last week of December.

We have few doubts:
1. Why did this kind of situation arose
2. What should be done post pregnancy to improve the muscles of these area
3. what are the complication which might arise due to this during and after pregnancy

1. The muscles in your wife's abdominal region must be very lax due to the previous pregnancy or C-section. This might have caused the loose and less muscle mass.
2. Regular exercise after the delivery will help in gaining the tone of the muscles. She must start the exercises at least after 8 weeks of delivery after consulting her gynecologist.
3. It usually does not cause any problem after delivery as the stress on the abdominal wall decreases after delivery.
