Brief Answer:
Kindly provide more pictures and details
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have seen the uploaded image.
The lesion over your ear looks like a keratoacanthoma.
It might need treatment in the form of cauterisation for which you will have to see a dermatologist.
As far as the other skin lesions are concerned , I would like to have a look at the exact skin condition.
Please click some close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page.
Is there any associated pain or itching or discomfort?
I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me the pictures along with the above details.

Brief Answer:
Harmless skin lesions
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to be developing multiple Seborrheic keratosis .
Now these are harmless skin lesions which can easily be removed by radiofrequency or cauterisers. Since these are harmless ,they can also be left as such in case they are not very bothersome .
