Brief Answer:
it may need some more time.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome again.

Your bronchitis most likely was caused from a viral infection. The viruses that affect the upper respiratory tract ,can affect all the respiratory lining from the nose to bronchi.
These viruses that affect nasal mucosa cause inflammation and damage of epithelial cells and special cells in the upper part ,which are receptors of smell. This can cause temporary loss of smell and taste.
This happens even if you don't have a significant nasal congestion .
It takes some time for these cells to recover completely and sometimes it may take up to several months.
In rare cases this loss can be permanent.

I suggest to give it some more time and if they doesn't improve consult your physician. He can perform some tests to confirm this loss of taste and smell.

Hope it helps,
Let me know if you need further helps.

Take care.
