Suggest Remedy For Low Vitamin D Levels

Question: Hi,

My wife recently got her body check up done, everythings seems fine except her vitamin D which is as low as 3, i understand the normal range is 30.
Plz suggest what action to take ?

A level of 3 is too low. She needs proper vitamin D3 supplements to combat this deficiency. She needs to consult a physician and get Vitamin D3 tablets prescribed. She can take 60,000IU once a week and she needs to continue this supplementation for 8 weeks after which get her levels repeated to see the improvement.
