You may be having sebaceous cyst. Sebaceous cyst gets formed because of blockage of sweat glands.

Since how long it has been there.?
Is there any redness or does it itch?
What is its consistency ? Is it hard or soft?

Presently I would suggest you to wash it with antiseptic soap and not to touch it. Wear loose fitting cotton underwear.

Based on that it looks like foliculitis.
I would suggest you to keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.
I would suggest you to avoid any sexual activity. You should be fine by week.
