Question: I fell on my knees and got a lump on my shin. It was almost gone, and I fell on the same knee again. Now the lump is big and hard and doesn't seem to be getting better.

It looks like there is a formed hematoma, it will resolve on its own however it takes a little while longer, about 4 to 6 weeks.

Tablet enractin plus twice a day will help it resolve faster.
However if it becomes bigger, changes color and more painful please Aporoach a surgeon.
