Suggest Remedy For Lymph Node In The Genital Area

I am 24 years old and single. I have an enlargerd lymph node near my genital area. I consulted a gynocologist last year and she said it may be because of some injuries in leg. But the lymph node has not drained off till now. Also it is painless. Same month i noticed patch of hair fall in the left side of my head due to aloepicia areata, which i have since 5 years.
Please help me how can i get rid of this enlarged lymph node
Please give details as asked for.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
To recapitulate: Female/24 - single - enlarged lymph node near genital area - Gyne opinion taken last year - not drained - is painless - Alopecia areata of scalp on left side developed same month, 5 years ago - wants to know how to get rid of the node.
I would like to know a few details for me to assist you more;
Do you mean to say this node is present for 5 years?
What is the size of the node, is it fixed or mobile?
Is it lying in the crease of the skin between thigh and abdomen or lying in the upper thigh (there are two groups)?
Any investigations like FNAC or ultrasonography done?
Any consultation with Dermatologist or treatment for allopecia areata?
Please give me these details so that we can discuss further.

Coming to lymph node, it is of 0.5cm size. It is fixed in the crease between upper thigh and abdomen. Its been one year since it appeared.
FNAC/Biopsy
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Continue the treatment for alopecia as per Dermatologist's guidance.
About the Lymph node:
0.5 cm is a small lymph node and we call it sub-centimeter and may not be clinically significant, but it is important to get a proper diagnosis.
I would advise you the following:
Get a clinical evaluation and examination done by a General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography and guided FNAC for a proper pathological diagnosis.
If required, excision biopsy to be done to get the most proper diagnosis. We achieve 2 things; one the lymph node is removed and secondly you get 100% diagnosis.
Your Surgeon may prefer to give you a 7 day course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines if he/she thinks it is necessary.
But insist on FNAC/biopsy.
I hope this answer helps you.
Since your have consulted a Gynecologist once, I hope she has examined you. If not you may have a second opinion of a Gynecologist to have the examination of the area near private parts for any focus of infection since your lymph node is in the horizontal group.

Yes please.
