Question: I have taken antibiotics for my uti for 3 days now and I am still not feeling better. My urine is still bloody and it is painful when I go. I have nausea and feel fatigue.

Though, you have started antibiotic I still feel you should go for urine culture and sensitivity.
An ultra sound is needed to see if you have again developed a stone, or the stunt is causing some problem.
If you have all ready got it done , please post the report here.
Was this the same combination of drugs given last time you had the problem?
Mean while drink lot of water and other oral fluids.
