Neuropathic pain medication
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
Since the MRI doesn't show any compression site it is not a question of any type of procedure, management will be based on physical therapy and pain medication.
It is hard to make recommendations since you don't mention what you're already taking. Apart from the usual over the counter pain killers, for neuropathic pain like yours are usually used anticonvulsants (pregabalin, gabapentin) or antidepressants (amitriptilyn, duloxetine). These drugs in additional to their other indications also modulate pain perception
I remain at your disposal for other questions, possibly with some more info on pain characteristics, location, distribution, EMG report.
