Suggest Remedy For Neuropathic Pain After Injury

Question: I recently had an EMG due to an injury I suffered while I was exercising. It showed that the nerves in my leg were irritated. so I had an MRI of my back, but it was fine. What is the treatment for this type of pain. It is intense.
I also have an injured MCL due to falling.

I also had MRIs of my hips, thight and knee and it only showed that I had injured my hamstring and abductor, but it was healing.

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

Since the MRI doesn't show any compression site it is not a question of any type of procedure, management will be based on physical therapy and pain medication.
It is hard to make recommendations since you don't mention what you're already taking. Apart from the usual over the counter pain killers, for neuropathic pain like yours are usually used anticonvulsants (pregabalin, gabapentin) or antidepressants (amitriptilyn, duloxetine). These drugs in additional to their other indications also modulate pain perception
