Nocturnal emissions is not a medical problem. Nocturnal emission is a normal physiological occurence in young, unmarried/ sexually inactive males. It is a common issue that concerns a lot of unmarried/ sexually inactive males when actually it is not an issue by itself and requires no treatment.

I'm 28years old. I'm not married but sexually active. Once in a month I do have sex. Before intercourse, transparent sticky liquid leaks from penis. I feel very uncomfortable and embarrased. It keeps leaking.I feel shy too. I wanted a solution for this.

If this happens only during and/or preceding intercourse, when you are aroused then these secretions are normal secretions of glands lining the urethral mucosa.
However, if you feel that it happens at other times too then it could be related to a urethral infection. Urethral infections is also acompanied by other symptoms like burning sensation on passing urine
