I have uploaded a clear picture now.(think so). There has been no draining of pus or pain in the nearby area of wound. My only problems is it isn't healing. Is there any medicine to heal it? Suffering since January 2015.

Hidradenitis Suppurativa: various suggestions & guidance.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Welcoem back and thanks a lot for your follow up with further details.
I have gone through the picture (though appears to be bit better or almost same!!!).
I can deduce from the picture that you have basically scarred area with few raw areas. As there is no discharge or pus at nearby areas so there is no need of any antibiotic tablets in your case.
As you must be guided by you doctor that hidradenitis Suppurativa is a disease of the specific sweat glands known as apocrine glands. It is due to blockage of the pores and opening of the inside because of which these gets infected and further complicated.
So, for the prevention and stopping the recurrence I suggest my patients to keep a good hygiene. Avoidance of all the factor of sweating is also quite important. I also guide my patients to wear cotton clothes and undergarments to be changed two times. Daily two times bath is quite beneficial in reducing the recurrences.
For the present condition, I prefer to give an antibacterial cream containing mupirocin for two times over the affected area.
I hope above information will help you.
With regards,
