Question: i have a breathing problem at sudden times with numbness and dizziness with sudden increase in heart beats. My body will loose sensation.

We should first rule out lung disease in your case.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
If PFT is normal then no need to worry for lung pathology.
Sometimes stress and anxiety can also cause similar symptoms.
