Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Arm With Cold And Breathing Difficulty

Question: I asked a question earlier today. Since then other symptoms have occurred. Ill briefly touch on what has been happening. I have been to the hospital twice in the past week and have got tests done (ECG, Blood, Xray). I have been having chest problems and numbness in my left arm and side. Both times the doctors said there was nothing wrong. However it doesn't feel that way. Now i am feeling like I'm unable to get a full breath. I do have a cold but this feels odd. Its not a feeling like I've ran or am out of breath, just that i cannot get a full breath. I still have symptoms in my chest area as well. The doctor told me "I'm too young to worry about clogged or blocked arteries". But this has been going on for four days now. My last visit was yesterday and again they said everything was fine. Could you help explain this please?I mean the doctor at the hospital told me i am too young. Sorry for not clarifying. I do not want to go back to the hospital if it is avoidable. I don't want to hear the same story and go home to the same symptoms. Is there anything i could do or request to see someone if need be next time?

Brief Answer:
It's more like stomach . A trial of antacid with food changes should be goo

Detailed Answer:
Hello , I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern.
Considering that you have already visited the hospital, our previous doctors observation , your symptoms and age I would give you two differential based on the symptoms you have described .
1) Gastrointestinal esophageal reflux . It may sound big but it's just simple reflux of stomach acid in the food pipe because The lower valve which should prevent such reflux is a little lax .
This is will give rise to all the symptoms you describe and in most probability is the reason .
Here you may have nausea , something coming up your throat after meals or when you sleep flat ( eliminates gravity ).
A simple trial of antacid like neksium 40 my ( (esomeprazole) , sompraz D 40 me for 3 weeks 15 mins before breakfast should do the trick .
The test to determine this is a upper GIT endoscopy.
2) Far rarer if you are in lifting weights or any trauma, that looking at nerve compression occurring at upper cervical spine level should be considered.
In view of heart things look fine , A 2 do echocardiography might be the next step however not needed at this point of time .
Stop smoking if you do so , no spicy , oily food . No coffee , chocolates or aerated drinks for time being.
Let me know if any clarification needed.
