Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Chest And Shoulder Area
Question: Yes. I have had for about Two weeks now pain in the lot side of my neck and numbness in my upper left chest and shoulder. There is also occasional tingling in my neck and shoulder and in the left side of my face. I had a particularly physically stressful day today, and I notice this numbness is more severe. What could this be?

Don't sit at a desk. I could be pre-diabetic. I have also experienced dry mouth and throat.

thanks for replying.These symptoms are suggestive of cervical spondylitis. It is very common and some time there can be no obvious reasons. I have following suggestions for you.
1.tablet Pregabalin M at night time.
2.avoid using very high pillow. Avoid any jerky activities, travelling.
3.physiotherapy is also useful. Two kind of physiotherapy. Intermittent cervical traction exercises and neck muscle strengthening exercises.
4.if tingling continues even after then you need to get MRI of the neck.
