Suggest Remedy For Pain After Dental Procedure
Question: I had dental work on Wednesday and now have pain. My dentist is out of town on ski trip for a week.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. I will like to know how you are taking the pain medications. You can take acetaminophen unto 4times a day and Motrin 3times per day. If you have not been taking at this regular intervals, then i will suggest you do so for maximum pain relief. If you have been taking as mentioned above, then you may be in need of more powerful pain medications and that would require a script from your doctor. If these pains are intolerable, going to the ER would not be a bad idea.

I have not been taking the pain killer that often. I will take as you suggested. I only have a few motrin left, but will continue the pain killer. Thank you.
