Suggest Remedy For Pain And Burning Sensation In Anus And Penis After Intercourse

Question: Hello Sir,

I feel Pain, burning sensation in my anus and pennies and urge for defecate immediately after intercourse. This happens only when I have intercourse frequently in a given week say 4 to 5 days continually.

The pain and burning sensation in anus and pennies reduces after defecation of urine and stools.

I got married in the year Nov-2011 and I have no smoking or alcohol habit.

What could be the reason?

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

As appears from the provided description the urge to defecate and urinate following intercourse is physiological and there is nothing pathological about this.

Majority of people while having sex build up a strong excitement secondary to stimulation of autonomic nervous system. The same system is responsible for erection and ejaculation which you experience during intercourse.

As I said above there is no abnormality and this is part of arousal but it can be minimized by attending bathroom before having intercourse.

Hello Sir,

Thanks for the response.

My main concern is the pain and burning sensation in my pennies and anus which is unbearable for around 30 minutes to 1 Hour and start to disappear once I defecate.

Is this due to reduce in sperm count/quantity as I have this problem only when I ejaculate for more than 4 days in a week?

Also is they are any medicine or food can be taken to avoid this problem?

No it is not due to reduced sperm count

Thanks for follow up.

The sperm count is unlikely to responsible for the condition but the ejaculation is definitely responsible for same. The repeated ejaculation needs repeated stimulation of autonomic nervous system and it exhausts the system.

In this condition I have found usefulness of following two things.

1. Intake of garlic 10-15 gram per day in diet. It can be taken along with vegetables or separately as per your choice.

2. Tab. Duloxetine for which response may occur anywhere from dose of 20-120 mg. This is a prescription medication so you need to take prescription from your doctor.

There is no abnormality with your reports except oligozoospermia.

Do I really need to take the tablets (1. Cap Enzy & Forte and 2. T.Vomega) mentioned in attached prescription? What is the purpose of these medicines?
