Suggest Remedy For Pain And Burning Sensation In Penis
Question: I had unprotected oral sex 6 years back. For the last one year I have noticed stain in my underwear occasionally. However I dont have any feeling or pain in my penis except for slight burning sensation when I reduce my water intake. Just wondering if this is related to any sexual diseases. I dont have any marks or bumps around my penis.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have burning sensation of urine occasionally while passing urine and especially whenever your water intake is low.The less water intake causes your urine to be of low specific gravity (Concentrated ) and this concentrated urine is the cause of burning urination.
As regards your doubt about it being due to oral sex that you had 6 years back I would like to state that it will never get manifested after 5 years of exposure It is definitely neither due to any STD.
The stains that you get on your under wares are likely to be due to excessive secretions of mucus by mucosal glands located in Bulbar urethra and has no significance at all These glands get stimulated by even slightest sexual thoughts or during sleep producing more mucus which gets deposited on inner wares and stain your inner wares.
Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
