Suggest Remedy For Pain And Cramps On The Upper Thighs And High BP

Question: i woke up at midnight last night, with severe charley horse cramping in both upper thighs of my legs.
I got up to use the washroom. despite the pain.
Then, I became terribly hot so I had to lie down on the floor, then broke sweat - my whole body drenched.
I am on medication for high blood pressure, that is stabilized.
Would the above have been signs of a heart attack?

Brief Answer:
Following answer to your query.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Your symptoms aren't typical for a heart attack. However my suggestion is that you should go to ER to exclude other possible life threatening problems, which are associated with pain in both legs, profuse sweating and pre-syncope.
If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what has caused your symptoms :
- blood work
- ecg
- cardiac echo
- holter monitoring
- eeg
- abdominal ultrasound
- doppler ultrasound of both legs.
Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
