Brief Answer:
Require detailed examination by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxxx,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Pain, Numbness and slowness unilaterally may be due to frozen shoulder, cervical spondylosis or Parkinson's disease.

Is there any restrictions in moving your shoulders or uplifting your arm overhead?
Any weakness in gripping or holding objects?
Any tremors?
Any neck pain, bladder bowel involvement, lower limb symptoms, headache, vomiting, seizure, loss of consciousness, visual loss?

You need to be examined by a neurologist to decide upon investigation and treatment.
Please provide more clinical details as i've mentioned above so that I can help you further.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Do get back to me for further queries.

Brief Answer:
Require clinical examination and neuroimaging based on examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

What is the duration of such presentation?
Is there any muscle wasting in limb apparent as decreased muscle bulk as compared to opposite side?

With your current history it is necessary to get evaluated clinically by a neurologist and plan for neuroimaging (brain/spine). We will be able to arrive at the cause and its treatment only after clinical examination and the brain / spine scans.

Brief Answer:
Get imaging of spine and take drugs after consulting neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Neck pain may be associated with cervical spondylosis involving upper limb.
You should atleast get an imaging of cervical spine.
You should visit a neurologist for proper examination.
Till then you can take pain killers, pregabalin or gabapentin or amitryptiline.
