Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management accordingly. No aspirin for pain.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain above and around umbilicus could be pancreas, gallbladder, or most likely gastric discomfort like gastritis etc. However using aspirin to kill that pain is rather worsening it. I would like you to take some pepto and some antispasmodic for the relief. If you have constipation that needs to be relieved.

if the pain persists you will need work up for this abdominal pain. Medicines you are on specially carvedilol can give this abdominal pain as well. Other etiologies like pancreas or gastritis will also be considered in differentials.

I hope it helps, Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
