Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling Caused By Persistent Lump In Inner Thighs
Question: hi since last 2 days there is a lump swelling on my right leg inner thigh. it is paining a lot. almost a month back i had one on the left leg inner thigh which got cleared as the boil poped up with a pus inside and was cleared using proper bandage treatment and anitbiotic. Now again i have same issue on my right leg inner thigh. its swollen, paining, making me unable to walk/ sit, but there is no pus sign only a painful lump swelling. please prescribe me on this.

to be taken under script of your Physician after ruling out the Diabetes Mellitus,due to recurring boils on the inner thigh.

Tab Motrin-400 mgn

Sorry not able to understand your ans. Can i take medicines suggested by you or i have to first chk for diabetes mellitus. And also ans is not telling me no. Of days i have to take medicine. Pls guide me with all details.

Hi,Dear,Good question.
Actually this site suggests the treatment and dont' give prescriptions,as I cant replace your Attending doctor,who has to be consulted with for the script.
Please refer the guidelines from the HCM.
But you could be helped out with suggested plan of treatment,so that you could discuss with the plan of treatment you would like to go ahead with your doctor.
My suggestions are very clear-
a-As you have recurring inner thigh painful swellings in the past and now,mostly boils from the Hairfollicle.
Please give FBS(Fasting Blood Sugar) and PPS(Post-Prandial Blood Sugar) samples and start the medicines with script from your doctor.
b-IF you have normal sugar levels, x 5 days treatment would suffice.
Remedy suggested-
Give FBS(Fasting Blood Sugar) and PPS(Post-Prandial Blood Sugar) samples,
Start the Tab Oflox 200 mgm 2 per day 1-Morning / 1 -Evening Empty stomach x 5 days with script from cover of your doctor.
Tab Motrin-400 mgm x 1 -Morning / 1 -Evening x Full Stomach.
Second Opinion from Dermatologist would assure you other causes worked out by direct physical examination,which I don't have access in your case.
