Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling On Penis

Penile fracture should be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Erectile dysfunction is mostly due to performance anxiety if there is no serious underlying cause. Sex therapy and certain techniques e.g stop-start and squeeze can be applied in consultation with a sex therapist. In your case, Erectile dysfunction medication or the above techniques are not the priority with which workup should begin. Penile fracture with associated hematoma should be ruled out foremost. Penile fracture is a surgical emergency as subsequent AV shunts can lead to impotence. Please consult a urologist to examine the penile shaft. Doppler Ultrasound of penis can be advised look for any vascular compromise. If no vascular issues are found then medication such as tadalafil or dapoxetine based on the findings can be prescribed when the pain subsides.

I do not have any pain now. I have a lot of fear and I developed this fear after reading all the articles on google which made me nervous and anxiety developed further on. My pain subsided long back. I appreciate your reply. This is definitely not a penile fracture right? Does morning erections rule that out. I never knew anything about penile fracture or symptoms. I just had a little pain on penis, only on touching. This also disappeared in 2 days. So could you let me know if this is a case to worry or not? If this is just because of my anxiety that I dont have erections during the day.
I have 3 - 5 morning erections. Is it because of stress and anxiety that I am not able to have one in the day.

Hello.
You mentioned in the first query about bending the erect penis. Penile fracture is a possibility in such a situation. If the pain disappeared then its unlikely to be a penile fracture. However one cant base this alone on descriptive symptoms. I would advise you to consult a urologist. You should preferably abstain from any sexual activity till you get examined.

Hello again.
Yes, the ability to have an erection is not affected unless there is severe vascular compromise.
