Brief Answer:
see doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is not unusual to bleed early after taking any emergency contraception. That is normal, but It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection. You need to see your doctor or go to an urgent care and have your urine tested and get antibiotics for the infection. If you have any vaginal symptoms like itching or burning then you should also get a pelvic exam.
Get your urine tested soon.
