Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query
I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are likely to be having lumbar spondylosis ( degenerative spine changes)with neuropathy ( pressure on nerves )as it is common on your age.It can be confirmed by x ray and MRI of lumbar spine. Rest, back excercises , glucosamine, analgesic such as ibuprofen and neurotropic such as Mecobalamine is helpful. Avoid long standing .
Second possibility is spinal stenosis. It is again confirmed by MRI.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
