Brief Answer:
Possible renal calculi disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Parvathi.

I can undersatnd your concern.

I apologize for the delayed response.

Many of the endometrial cancers are often detected in early stages and can be cured by way of surgery and radiotherapy.

Pain in the groin, intermittent in nature might not be related to cancer recurrence.

This pain could point to renal calculi disease, considering the pain location.

I advise her to get a CT scan of the abdomen which can accurately detect kidney stones.

Further management is based on the test results.

Update me test results.

Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
No further investigations are needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam

I can certainly understand concerns.

In case everything is normal, she needs no further investigations.

Only regular follow up with periodical ultrasound every 6 months for post hysterectomy follow-up is needed.

I would like to know is she still experiencing any pain.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Get Vitamin D levels tested

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can understand your concern.

These bone pains could be related to age-related osteoporosis.

I advise her to get vitamin D levels tested.

Based on the reports, external supplementation of Vit D and calcium can be given.

Thank you.

6-12 months

Hello, Sir.

I can understand your concerns.

The side effects are minimal if adequate levels of Vitamin D are given after assessing the blood vitamin levels.

Usually the treatment is given for 6-12 months.
