Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your query and medical history.
It could be tension headache probably but I will need more information regarding your pain.
Do you have any other symptoms (like nausea, vomiting or photo-phobia) apart from head pain?
Is this pain is constant when you go outside home in sunlight?
Have you tried any medications for it and if yes, was it relieved by medication?
Have you suffered from this problem before your viral or dengue fever?
Kindly get back to me with this information,I would like to discuss your problem further once you will provide me some more relevant information.
Regards,
Dr.Sandip Kabra

thanks,
but no any other problems like vomiting or another.
It is not constant but as soon as i come inside home it start paining.
and it is continue day and night. Now in this moment also head is paining at deep.
Intensity going down as time pass.
there is no specific medication tried for headache.
This pain started before viral(2 months ago). Not at Dengue time(8 months ago).
2 months ago i traveled in AC bus in the afternoon--when i step out from bus in afternoon it starts paining.... two days later viral fever attacked.
then now today morning i gone in the mall, came home in the afternoon-- as soon as i come in home it start paining.
and it is continued till now.

Brief Answer:
Could be tension headache.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
I have read your follow-up query completely.
It could be tension headache here which is a primary or simple headache caused by some precipitating or triggering factor and usually it is relieved by OTC analgesics (paracetamol or ibuprofen or diclofenac) and eliminating this triggering factor.
Your headache does not seem to be linked with your viral fever.
Tension headache may last for few hours to some days depending on triggering or precipitating factor like dehydration (when water loss exceeds water intake) or heavy sunlight exposure or sleep deprivation, wrong or uncomfortable posture, eye strains, stress, long working hours in one position etc.
You are a likely to be having a tension type of headache here.
So,take OTC pain killers (like paracetamol or diclofenac) which suits you and take bed rest or sleep with muscle relaxant and antacid (pantoprazole or ranitidine) if you have a gas trouble.
Also, take over the counter antihistamine and maintain your fluid as well as electrolytes balance by taking lots fluids and fruit juices.
Try to avoid contact with triggering factor.
If it is not relieved in-spite of taking treatment then you can see neurologist and undergo clinical examination, routine blood investigations and electroencephalogram.
Hope this detailed information will be helpful.
