Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The torn labrum and arthritis and a shallow acetabulum are all age related degenerative changes in the hip joint that have been aggravated by osteoporosis. An arthroscopic repair can help with the torn labrum but cannot retard the arthritic changes. It is best to take pain killers and rest. Local steroid injections and regular physiotherapy can help if the pain is persistent. The last resort is hip replacement in case the pain and disability becomes unbearable in spite of all the medicines.
I hope this answers your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The shallow acetabulum with loss of cartilage is likely to be due to arthritis and not due to hip dysplasia. The best way is to get a hip replacement done after all the conservative treatment approaches fail.
Anterior hip replacement is a successful procedure and provides the symptomatic relief. It is long lasting also if proper care is taken after the surgery.
Hope my answer is helpful.
