Suggest Remedy For Pain In Nose And Head With Severe Pressure In Eyes

Appears to be sinus infection, steam inhalation and Nasal / oral decongestant
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welt
I have gone through your query.
Based on the information provided by you, it appears to be acute sinusitis.
Many sinus infections improve without treatment.
Presently I would suggest you to drink lots of water. This thins nasal secretions and keeps mucous membranes moist.
Steam inhalation with few drops eucalyptus oil in it. Three, to four times a day for three to four days.
Avoid blowing your nose with great force, which can push bacteria into the sinuses.
Decongestants — Congestion often triggers sinus infections, and decongestants can open the sinuses and allow them to drain. You can use over the counter agents
Like Pseudoephedrine (Sudafed).
In case of sinus pain, Ibuprofen or acetaminophen will be helpful. With the above measures you should be fine in 5 to 6 days.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.
Hope this helps.
Take care.

Appears to be sinus infection rather than migraine
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Good to hear from you.
Based on the information, it appears more to be like sinusitis than migraine.
Combiflam contains ibuprofen + paracetamol. I think plain Ibuprofen or paracetamol will be sufficient.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
