Brief Answer:
It may be postural pain.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. This may be postural pain due to long sitting on computer as you have mentioned. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin and trace elaments supplements will be of benefit. Neck strengthening excercises are beneficial. I think it may also be related to anxiety so you can mild anxiolytic such as alprazolam after consulting your Doctor. I want also to mention two common causes of such pains. One is Vitamin D deficiency. You are advised to get your vitamin D level and if found low Suppliments of vitamin D3 can be taken. Second is thyroid disease (hypothyroidism) . You can get your Thyroid function test ( T3 ,T4 and TSH) to exclude it. Local causes can be excluded by MRI of cervical spine. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
