Brief Answer:
there are chances of fissure and piles.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
This dr Jadia, have gone through your question.
History of pain and blood with stool has 2 most possible reasons.
1. Fissure
2. Piles.
If you has history of constipation, then fissure is common.
I would suggest to consult a surgeon for local examination, as examination in this case is needed. Treatment of both depends on grade of fissure and piles.

Avoid spicy and oily foods, take high fibre diet like vegetables and fruits.

Hope i answered your question.
Would be happy to help you further.
Take care.
