there is no fever
No injury
No swelling , or redness
No medication taken till now .
the pain in not consistent , it comes and goes . Pain is felt if i carry something heavy at this part .

Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for sharing the information and a quick revert.
I would not suspect any underlying condition.However it is advisable to get examined by a surgeon if the pain is due to testicular traction.This is seen when you lift or carry heavy loads.But nothing to panic.If the pain is not constant do not take any analgesic medications.
I would recommend not to carry weights since it might aggravate existing condition.
