Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Little Finger

Question: The symptoms I have seem to fit carpal tunnel syndrome except that my little finger is affected and the website says the median nerve does not involve the little finger. What else may be causing my symptoms instead of/or in addition to carpal tunnel syndrome?

If you are having tingling and numbness over the little finger then the ulnar nerve is affected. There are many nerve entrapment syndromes like Guyon's canal syndrome for example.

I advise you to apply warm compression to the painful area. Avoid weight lifting. You could get a Nerve conduction velocity testing done for your ulnar nerve to look for problems. Also if you have pain at the back of the neck then it could be related to nerve pinching by a degenerated cervical spine or slip disc.

I advise you to take Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobalamine medicine which will help with the symptoms. Consult your Orthopaedician or Neurologist for a proper diagnosis and management.
