Brief Answer:
Pancreas is on the right and not left. Might be gall bladder, maybe!

Detailed Answer:

Hi am thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this about the pain that you have reported. I will like to know for how long this has been going on and what are some of the factors that provoke this pain. Is it having any relationship with meals?

The pancreas is located on the right and would be very unlikely to be it.

The gall bladder is on the left. However, pain in this area can be caused by many other disease conditions like stomach and small intestines diseases. Gall bladder disease would often get worse about 2hours after meals.

The best doctor to see is a family or primary care physician. The doctor would examine and pick any clues that can orient towards one of the possibilities. The first tests to explore the gall bladder is an abdominal ultrasound. If there is need for a specialist consult, your doctor would then make that decision.

For now, I will advice you continue with Tylenol alone an only add advil is the pain gets very severe.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
