Most probably muscular spasm; rule our acalculus cholecystitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the answers. Differential diagnosis in your case would be gall stones, renal calculi, acalculus cholecystitis & muscular pain. Have you undergone ultrasound abdomen? If yes then please share report and if not done then get it done. It will rule out gall stones as well as renal calculi.
Headache in your case is most probably because of stress/tension. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:
- ibuprofen thrice a day for 5 days.
- take hot water in a rubber bottle and place it at the site of pain. It will give soothing effect.
- drink adequate water.
- avoid lifting heavy weight
- if you have chronic stress/anxiety problem then i would suggest you to get an appointment for a psychiatrist who will prescribe some anxiolytics.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
