Brief Answer:
skin damage from the waxing

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have read your question and looked at the picture you have included. It looks like you had some mild skin damage due to the hot wax. This does not appear to be severe like a burn and it should heal up in a few weeks. Avoid rubbing or touching it excessively as that may cause more skin irritation. It would be fine for you to put some lotion on it if it is dry and irritated but avoid heavily scented lotions or petroleum based products.
Keep the area clean and it should heal up with problems in a few weeks. If you notice redness or the pain becomes worse then see a doctor to make sure the area is not getting infected.
Regards,
Dr.Robinson
