Question: What can cause pain in on both sides of i imagineit is the ribs under the arm that goes to the upper back...

You should get X-rays of Neck and Chest and then consult a physician of your locality.

Also low back pain that never goes away had mri and xray pain is daily on both sides when i put pressure very painful...
