A class 2 obesity means that your BMI is between 35-39.9 and this carries a very high health risk.
You definitely need to lose weight because such a large carries lot of future health risks.
Since you need to lose a very high amount of weight,it won't be possible for you to achieve it of your own.This would require a dedicated dietary regime and a proper exercise protocol which is suitable for you.
In my opinion you should consult a dietician and a physical trainer who can devise the ways for you.Give a time of 6 months to them and see the response.
