It was a cucumber and I wish I didn't do it. This is so embarrassing. No pain, no bleeding. I'm just constipated.
Brief Answer:
Sodium phosphate Enema will be helpful
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX
Cucumber is unlikely to do harm. I would suggest you to try Sodium Phosphate Enema which will help in evacuation. If the cucumber does not get expelled out by this , then manual removal by Physician will be required.

Oh no sorry it's not still up there. Just a little bit of trouble going to the washroom now
I think I should see if it normalizes over the next few days? I tried to go to the washroom and it's like there's nothing there? But I know there has to be poop somewhere

Brief Answer:
Associated anal fissure needs to be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Dear Mr XXXXXXX
The cause of your symptoms is likely to be due to
1. Decreased intake of water
2. Low fiber diet
3. Associated anal fissure associated due to trauma due to insertion of cucumber.
I would suggest you the following
1. Ensure good intake of water : 2 to 3 liter a day.
2 High fiber diet : 2 servings of vegetable salad and 2 servings of fruits especially citrus fruit will ensure adequate intake of fiber in diet
3. Hot Seitz bath : To a tub of lukewarm water add 2 spoons of antiseptic solution. Sit in it for 15 to 20 minutes each session twice a day. It will help relax perineal muscle and help in easy passage of stools
4. Laxatives like Lactulose will be helpful.
5. Lubrication of anal region with either Glycerine or Xylocaine ointment will help in easy passage
your symptoms should resolve.
